Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") and evip2 ("we", "us", "our", "Platform", "Service") governing your access to and use of the evip2 website located at https://evip2.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered by evip2 (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the evip2 platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any evip2 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services and close your account.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal user account created by a Player to access evip2 Services, identified by a unique username and password.
• Bet: A wager placed by a Player on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the evip2 platform.
• Bonus: Promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by evip2 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• Deposit: The transfer of funds from a Player's bank account, e-wallet, or other payment method into their evip2 Account balance.
• Withdrawal: The transfer of funds from a Player's evip2 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity verification process requiring Players to submit government-issued identification and proof of address to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Real Money: Funds deposited by the Player into their Account, excluding bonus credits or promotional funds.
• Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): The official currency of Indonesia and the exclusive currency for all transactions on the evip2 platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To use evip2 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing evip2 Services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• You must not have previously had an evip2 account closed or suspended due to Terms violations.

evip2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an evip2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not allow any third party to use your account or share your login credentials with others.
• Notify evip2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

evip2 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend or terminate existing accounts at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or provision of false information.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

As part of our commitment to security, regulatory compliance, and prevention of underage gambling and money laundering, evip2 implements a mandatory KYC verification process. All Players must complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests.

3.1 Required Documentation

Players must submit the following documents for KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document such as Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must display your full name, date of birth, photograph, and expiry date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: For certain withdrawal requests, evip2 may require verification of the payment method used for deposits, such as a bank statement showing your name and account number, or a screenshot of your e-wallet account details.

3.2 Verification Timeline and Consequences

KYC verification is typically processed within 24 hours of document submission during business days. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may experience restrictions on account functionality, including inability to place bets or process withdrawals. Accounts that remain unverified after 90 days may be suspended pending completion of verification.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

evip2 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported digital wallet services.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing and Timing

Deposits made via e-wallets and online bank transfers are typically processed instantly and credited to your evip2 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours or outside regular banking hours. evip2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your evip2 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits, and the payment method must be registered in your name. evip2 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time through the account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though evip2 reserves the right to process exceptionally large withdrawals in installments for security purposes.

5.2 Withdrawal Timing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (Monday through Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional security verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To process a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified with approved identification documents.
• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your evip2 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Your account must have sufficient available balance to cover the withdrawal amount.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

evip2 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own processing fees or transfer charges, which are beyond evip2's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

evip2 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount, though this may vary by promotion. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: sports bets typically contribute 100%, while casino games may have varying contribution rates.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

evip2 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Coordinating betting patterns with other players to guarantee profits (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting software errors or loopholes to manipulate bonus terms.
• Providing false information during registration to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

All bonus decisions are final and at the sole discretion of evip2 management.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All sports bets placed on evip2 are subject to acceptance by the platform. evip2 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly for unusual betting patterns, suspected collusion, or bets placed on events with known outcomes. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.

7.2 Results and Settlement

Sports betting results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing sports body or league. Settlement occurs as soon as official results are confirmed. In cases of disputed outcomes, postponed events, or cancelled matches, evip2 follows industry-standard settlement rules as outlined in our detailed sports betting rules section available in the FAQ.

7.3 Live Betting

evip2 offers live (in-play) betting on selected sporting events. Live betting odds change in real-time based on match developments. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be brief delays in bet acceptance as odds are updated. evip2 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event.

8. Casino and Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Fairness and RNG

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games available on evip2 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice). Games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. 8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, evip2 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 8.3 Maximum Winnings

Progressive jackpot games display the current jackpot amount, which represents the maximum potential win for that game. evip2 reserves the right to pay exceptionally large winnings in installments over agreed timeframes.

9. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

evip2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities. 9.1 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

Players may request self-exclusion from evip2 Services for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account or place bets. To request self-exclusion, contact our customer support team via live chat or email.

9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their account settings. Once limits are set, they cannot be increased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period, while decreases take effect immediately. These controls help prevent impulsive decisions and excessive spending.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the evip2 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent activities including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or providing false documentation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or guarantee profits.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using evip2 Services to transfer illicit funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, restrictions, or bonus terms.
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other players or evip2 staff.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider (chargebacks).

11. Account Closure and Suspension

evip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or prohibited behavior.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (over 12 months).

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations or fraudulent activity, evip2 reserves the right to forfeit account balances. In cases of voluntary closure or inactivity, remaining balances will be returned to the Player after deduction of any administrative fees, provided the account is fully verified.

12. Limitations of Liability

evip2 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and accurate information, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, evip2 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

evip2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to evip2 in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the evip2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of evip2 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from evip2 without prior written permission.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to evip2. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using evip2 Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of evip2 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal processes shall be governed by Indonesian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Material changes will be announced through email notification or prominent notice on the platform. 18. Severability
